HOUSE RULES

1. SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors under all circumstances. We strongly request that the Tenant respect this rule. Smoking outdoors is, of course, perfectly acceptable.

2. PETS

Pets are NOT allowed in the accommodation unless written permission has been granted by Villa Panlefi. Assistance animals are, of course, excluded.

3. ALARM SYSTEM

The property is equipped with an alarm system. It is mandatory to activate it whenever the property is vacated. If the alarm was not activated at the time of a break-in, the guest is liable for any damages incurred.

4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your suitcases in the villa and enjoy a wonderful day at the beach. Our managers will contact you in advance to prepare your arrival as best as possible.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you'd like to enjoy the property longer, you can request a late checkout. This is based on availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. The cost of a late checkout is €45. You can then stay in the property until 6:00 PM.
